This was me 9 years ago.
I was covered in eczema, in pain, and couldn’t sleep at night from the constant itching. I felt embarrassed — so much so that I stopped going on dates because I was too self-conscious about how I looked. On top of that, I was tired, bloated, and scared that my next meal would make my eczema even worse.
I went to the doctor, who told me it was genetic and advised me to stop eating gluten and start using steroid creams and pills.
But I knew that was a road I didn’t want to go down. I had never had eczema before, and I knew this didn’t just happen for no reason.
I spent thousands on tests and supplements — nothing worked.
Then I started my nutritional medicine degree and learned about leaky gut, nutritional biochemistry, and how we can use food strategically to heal the gut. And when I did that, all the symptoms disappeared.

1. Get rid of the crap
First we temporarily eliminate foods that are causing the leaky gut in the first place. You can't heal your bruised ankle if you keep hitting it every day.
2. Replace & Rebuild
Then we simply fill your plate with easy to digest and absorb foods that repairs your gut lining & skin quickly.
