I purchased the milk to meat, All this information is great, very informative. Highly recommend, I feel it's the better way of starting solids. You definitely get your money's worth. It has definitely given me all the information and confidence to Strat solids with my little one. Can't wait to start in the next couple weeks
The milk to meat course is very insightful and I have gained lots of information about gut and eczema through the course. It helped me to gain confidence in starting solid with my LO and also feeling positive I will be able to help him to strengthen his gut and body. The course has detailed 10 weeks protocol, recipes and videos that cover different topics. I never thought myself will dive deep into fermented goods but I’m enjoying as I’m following the 10 weeks course and have been seeing my LO’s skin and eczema dermatitis have improved. Thank you Izzy
Milk to [meat] book should be part of your book collections. Specially if you have a new baby who start eating solids. You must cook these fantastic recipes for them. Their gut will love you :) The recipes are easy to follow , just a few ingredients. My babies and I love it Cinthya
It was everything that I needed to start solids. My boy loves food, he actualy scream for steak if he sees me with one. 0 alergies, a very good night sleep. You can find a lot of info that will help you not to be afraid to start with small solids, not puree. Take the course, it will make your life esier
Just received my starting solids guide and I already feel so much better about what to feed my little one. She will be 6 months in a few weeks so I can’t wait to learn more about what’s best for her gut! Thank you!
I purchase the milk to meat guide 5 months ago for my now 11 month old and it has been the best purchase for starting solids. The guide not only guides you to starting solids but provides knowledge about your LO regarding gut health, fats, proteins, and their growing bodies! With so many recipes for breakfast to dinner, starting solids has been such an easier transition than I thought because of this guide. We experienced a flare up of eczema and the guide also shed light on how to approach it if you’re looking for a holistic way to treat. In a short 2 months, our LO is eczema free and we have the stress-free tools (the guide) to help us treat her if/when she has another flare up. Our pediatrician was very impressed that her eczema did not get worse without a topical steroid cream and improved with focusing on healing her gut. I have felt empowered as a mother when you don’t have the answers and want to approach with a holistic way, and this guide has enabled me to do so for my LO.
Hi! Im Chelsea, from Taiwan, currently live in Vancouver! I started the solid food for my baby since he turned 6 months old (this January) , but i found his back getting had allergy reactions. I was nervous and I don’t want him to use any cream. Then I found your book on instagram, i decided to buy it and started to cook chicken stock to feed my boy, then about 3-4 days, my baby’s skin recovered 😊😊 So far I followed the eczema book, from week 1 until now week 5, just yesterday i cooked the third time meat stock, and I learned that no rush for my baby to try new food 😁 Thank you very much, Izzy!
Purchased her book milk to meat to get my 6 month old started on solids. Her book is clearly written and based in fact. She is clearly a knowledgeable person and I can’t wait to get my daughter started on solids because I now have a clear path of what needs to be done to ensure she’s getting the best nutrients.
I purchased Izabelle’s Milk to Meat guide and i love how thorough her research is and how yummy her recipes are! Who says that a meat based diet has to be boring! It’s totally transformed how we eat as a family. Highly recommend!!
