If feeding your baby feels like a minefield…

You've been told rice cereal is the perfect first food.
What if that's wrong?

That eczema is "just something babies get." That fussy eating is a phase you wait out. There's another way — and it starts with what's on the spoon.

A nutrient-dense first food on a spoon
  • Your baby has eczema, constipation or tummy troubles and you're tired of being handed another cream
  • You want to start solids but the conflicting advice online is doing your head in
  • You've got a fussy toddler who lives on beige food and refuses anything with protein
  • You want a natural, real-food approach — not supplements or hiding veggies in smoothies
  • You want to feed your whole family one way, without cooking three separate meals
  • You want to get this right in the window that matters most — before your bub turns two

Inside the masterclass

What you'll walk away knowing

In under an hour I'll show you the why behind an animal-based, ancestral approach to starting solids — the same approach I've used with my own boys.

1

Why the first 1000 days matter more than any other time

Your baby's brain grows from 10,000 cells at four weeks to 10 billion by 24 weeks — all built from fat. Miss this window and you can't get it back.

2

The truth about rice cereal & "iron-fortified" baby food

Why the synthetic iron they tell you to start with can be the very thing behind your baby's constipation and unsettled tummy.

3

Why eczema is a gut problem — not a skin problem

What's really happening under the surface, and why another cream never gets to the root of it.

4

Why picky eating isn't a behaviour phase

It's your baby's gut bacteria running the show — and once you understand that, you can change it.

5

The exact nutrients your baby needs — and where to find them

For their brain, gut and immune system. The everyday animal foods that deliver iron, B12, DHA, zinc and choline in a form little bodies can actually absorb.

6

Meat stock: the gut-healing staple I make for my whole family

Why it's different to bone broth, and why it's one of the most affordable things you can feed your bub.

7

How to raise a child who reaches for steak and eggs

Not just fruit and crackers. The difference between my first son and my second taught me everything.

Hi, I'm Izabelle 👋

The mum & nutritionist behind the method

I'm a clinical nutritionist with a Bachelor of Nutritional Medicine, a qualified chef and a personal trainer — and a mum of three energetic boys. For years I was told my own eczema was just something to manage with steroid creams. I healed it with food, and I've been eczema-free for 10 years.

When I started solids the "balanced diet" way with my first, he became fussy and started refusing protein. With my second, I went animal-based from six months — and he still asks for steak and eggs. That difference changed everything, and it's why I created this masterclass.

This is education from my own training and experience — not medical advice. Always do what feels right for your family.

Real skin, real change

When you heal the gut, the skin follows

Eczema is a gut problem, not a skin problem. These are real before-and-afters — starting with my own — no steroid creams, just real food and a gut given what it needs to heal.
