I am so happy for finding her page. My husband had told me multiple times that we should go back to the way our parents and grandparents were eating. And this is exactly what she is teaching! My 3rd baby is so healthy and she’s not picky at all! Also, my other 2 older kids are doing so good, following her advice! Definitely recommend her course!

Honestly don’t really take advice from people of instagram Wagenburgen comes to my kid but I bought the entire Programm and I love it! IT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE!!!! Really one of the best purchases so far!!!
Before working with Izzy, I earned a B.Sc in nutritional science and biopsychology, was a registered holistic nutritionist, and a certified health coach. I had tried nearly every way of eating out there….but her program goes so much deeper than just what we eat. I’ve learned so much! When I’m following the program everything just gets better..:my mood and energy improve, bloating goes away, skin gets better, etc. It’s very apparent that she knows her stuff and continues to take the time to keep diving deeper and expanding her knowledge. I’ve worked with her 1:1 and in a group setting and would absolutely recommend both (for different reasons). In both cases she’s very responsive to questions and wants to see you succeed. I really appreciate how everything is tailored to busy mamas like myself. After foolishly trying some lower cost (and way lower quality) coaching, I ended up signing up for a full year with Izabelle and excited to see where I end up :)

I’m so happy I have found Izabelle. Her 8 weeks Challenge is exactly what I was looking for. What you will learn from her is beyond weight loss. Habits, meal timing, grounding, sun and blue light just to name a few that I have included as my new daily goals.
