All purchases made for digital products, including but not limited to online courses, coaching programs, digital downloads, or educational materials, are final and non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to) the Gut Healing Protocol, Milk to Meat (starting solids), and the Recipe Vault.
The only exception is The After Baby Fit Club, which is covered by our 30-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee (see section 2 below). Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, we do not otherwise issue refunds, credits, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
We stand behind the program. If you follow it as instructed for 30 days and still don't see or feel an improvement in your energy, cravings, or progress, you may request a refund — provided you meet the requirements below. Participation is verified through the system logs in the app.

The After Baby Fit Club runs a monthly member prize (the "Prize"). By entering, you agree to these terms.
This is not a "lowest weight" contest. The winner is chosen on overall lifestyle transformation and effort, at Izabelle's sole discretion, considering: weekly check-ins; participation and support within the community; progress photos; consistency and effort; overcoming challenges and building healthier habits; and encouraging other members. Uploading a before/after photo makes you eligible, but the photo alone does not determine the winner.
By uploading before/after or progress photos in the app, or by emailing them to us, you automatically grant The Meat Based Nutritionist an ongoing, royalty-free licence to use them (and related content) in marketing across any platform.
Your name and face will be hidden by default. We will never use a photo that shows your face without contacting you and obtaining your separate permission first. This consent continues even if you later cancel your membership.
